The Station offers both furnished and unfurnished apartments near NCSU. Our furnished units come with living room and bedroom furniture, including a queen-sized mattress. Both types of units include a complete set of premium apartment features.
Our off campus apartments vary in size depending on the floor plan selected. The smallest floor plans are the Oak and Dogwood, each of which has one bedroom and one bathroom. Our largest floor plans are Murphy B and Finley, which have four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths.
Each cottage has either a back patio or a deck (depending on the topography), while some cottages also come with front porches.
Yes! The patios and decks at The Station offer the perfect settings for using your grill. Each patio and deck features plenty of space, so residents can host guests, fire up the grill, and enjoy spending time outdoors.
Parking spaces are located on-site, directly outside of the residences. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. The cottages are wired for both high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi. The units likewise include cable!
The Station provides video-recorded surveillance and on-site management. Our apartments in Raleigh, NC, are also equipped with electronic key fobs, which provide students with access to individual townhomes as well as community amenities. This system allows residents to enjoy 24/7 access to our on-site amenities. Maintenance persons hold keys that are programmed to work during certain hours, which ensures that residents have exclusive access to their cottages after hours.
Each installment payment is due on the 1st day of each month. Payments submitted after 5 p.m. on the 5th day of the month are considered late. Residents can bring their monthly payments to the clubhouse or make a payment online using the resident portal.
Monthly installment payments include high-speed Internet, basic cable, pest control, trash service, lawn maintenance, parking, and access to all of The Station’s on-site community amenities.
