Our cottage-style townhomes features spacious interiors with individual bedrooms and bathrooms for residents’ privacy. Each open-layout floor plan is designed with modern and energy-efficient construction for the ultimate student lifestyle.
Yes! As a transfer student, there’s no need to worry about finding roommates in advance — we offer a free roommate matching service for each of our residents! After signing their housing contract, residents are asked to fill out a roommate-matching questionnaire. Residents are matched based on common habits, preferences, hobbies, activities, and other details that help our team successfully match the members of our student community.
