Fortunately, your apartment at The Station Raleigh comes fully furnished, so you just need to bring personal items to help make your space feel like home! We recommend bringing clothing, bedding, toiletries, kitchenware, decorations, and any personal belongings. Also, be sure to bring photo ID (a driver’s license, passport, etc.), as you’ll need identification to check in and receive your keys.
Here at The Station Raleigh, we lease on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability can be limited. However, if you’re still waiting on a decision/acceptance, we do offer a Non-Enrollment Addendum. This addendum allows you to sign a lease now and secure a spot at our current rates while waiting for your acceptance. If you don’t get accepted, all you have to do is send us proof, and you can get out of your lease. Feel free to give us a call if you have any questions!
We offer several options to apply and sign up to live at The Station Raleigh! Students can apply with a guarantor as long as they are at least 25 years old, have a U.S. Social Security Number, and pass a credit and income check. Students applying with a guarantor are required to pay a $100 Security Deposit. If you do not have a qualifying guarantor, there are three other ways to qualify!
- Self-Qualify: If you have a U.S. Social Security Number, make 3x your monthly base rent, and can pass a credit check, you may opt to Self-Qualify. All Self-Qualifying Applicants must provide proof of their income via three consecutive pay stubs and are required to pay a Security Deposit equal to 2 installments of the base rent.
- Guarantor Waiver Program (GWP): If you are a full-time student and do not have a qualifying guarantor, you may opt to use our GWP. You will need to send proof of Full-Time Enrollment and sign a Guarantor Waiver Program Addendum. GWP Applicants are required to pay an additional monthly fee of $118 and pay a $100 Security Deposit.
- International (I-20): If you are an International Student who does not have a qualifying guarantor, you may apply with your I-20. International Applicants are required to pay a Security Deposit equal to 2 installments of base rent and send proof of their I-20.
Note that all Security Deposits are refundable, pending your move-out inspection and any damages to your apartment.
While there is no set deadline, our rates and availability are first-come, first-served. The only way to secure a spot at The Station is by completing the application in full and signing your lease. To ensure you get your preferred floor plan, rates, and roommates, we recommend signing your lease as early as possible.
Yes, we are! The Station Raleigh boasts a premier location that places residents just minutes away from the North Carolina State University campus. From here, residents can reach classes and on-campus events quickly and easily, whether they prefer walking, biking, driving, or riding the bus.
During the application process, you’ll have a chance to list your preferred roommates. Once your applications are approved, each roommate will need to register for RoomSync. In the RoomSync app, you and your roommate can “sync up,” which alerts our leasing team that you’d like to room together.
Yes, we offer fully virtual leasing for your convenience! To get started, hit the “Apply” button at the top right of the page. From there, you can complete all the steps of our application, submit, and sign all your documents. There may be additional steps required before screening and lease approval, so contact our office with any questions to ensure your account is screened and approved as soon as possible.
